OpenText StreamServe Framework and StreamServer, developed by Open Text Corporation, is an enterprise-grade customer communications and output management solution. It enables organizations to design, personalize, transform, and deliver high-volume business documents and communications across multiple channels, including print, email, SMS, and archiving systems.

The StreamServe Framework provides the tools and connectors needed to integrate with ERP, CRM, and other business applications, map and normalize data, manage templates and brand assets, apply business rules, and orchestrate document processes. It supports multi-language content, conditional logic, and dynamic composition to ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant communications such as invoices, statements, order confirmations, shipping documents, labels, and customer notices.

StreamServer is the high-performance runtime engine that executes these processes at scale. It ingests diverse data sources, merges them with approved templates, generates industry-standard output formats (for example, PDF, PostScript, PCL, AFP, and label printer formats), performs post-processing such as bundling and sorting, and routes outputs to the appropriate channels and devices.
